Oh Colours

Choosing the colours for our notebooks turned into quite an interesting exercise, we wanted to capture the emotions and experiences of a work day. From the craziness of the morning rush (for those who still commute), the mood invoked by the weather and the less than happy boss. We named our colours bearing this in mind, some of the names are a little tongue in cheek and others not so much.  

we started with four colours and will be adding more we think it adds a little uniqueness to the notebooks we produce and we hope you agree.

Boss Rage Red

Majestic Boss Rage Red! A colour crafted with the finest essence of inner boss rage, blended with the delicate notes of the 'who do I blame' frame of mind. Because, you know, life's burning question is always, 'How could this happen? Why did this happen? And who in their wildest dreams dared to dip the coffee-laden teaspoon into the sugar?' Even the non-bosses can savor the exquisite bitterness of these existential inquiries.


Every Monday Blues

"Is it Monday already? Where did the weekend go?". A question as old as time, usually asked by people who clearly have their priorities straight and totally didn't spend the entire weekend binge-watching a show they've seen three times already. But hey, don't sweat it – every day is a good day to feel like you need a day off. We're not judging, we're just impressed by your dedication to... well, not being dedicated. And those hues of blue? They're not just any color – they're the universal shade of 'I need a vacation, but instead, I'm here paying off my never-ending debt to 'the man''. Cheers to living life on the edge of a comfy couch! 🛋️🎉


Grass On The Other Side Green

Ah, Dave from number 56, the golden boy you remember from school who now runs a tech startup. He's living the Silicon Valley dream, probably sipping artisan coffee and making deals on a hoverboard. And then there's you, the spreadsheet warrior, champion of cells and formulas, bravely battling the ever-looming threat of AI coming to snatch your job. But really, who wouldn't want to be like Dave? If Dave were a color, he'd be 'Grass On The Other Side Green' – brighter, greener, and so enviably vibrant it almost hurts your eyes. It's not just green; it's 'Dave Green,' a shade that screams, 'I made it, and my tech startup has its own organic juice bar.' So go on, channel your inner Dave. Embrace the 'Be Like Dave' lifestyle. You might not get a tech startup out of it, but hey, at least your Excel sheets will look fabulous in 'Grass On The Other Side Green'" 🌿💻🚀

Autumn Leaf Commute

Autumn, that magical season where we all play a fun game called 'Guess What Time It Is' because the clocks decide to go rogue. It's the time of year when the sun becomes that one friend who always leaves the party early, and you find yourself waking up in darkness, only to finish your day... in more darkness. But, oh, those autumn leaves! They're not just leaves, they're nature's own confetti, painting the world in shades of 'Instagram-worthy'. They dance in the wind with the carefree grace of a leaf on vacation. That is, until Storm Edna crashes the party, turns that leafy bliss into a weapon of mass transportation disruption, and suddenly, British trains find their nemesis: the wrong kind of leaves on the track. Because, clearly, it’s the leaves' fault for deciding to falling in the wrong place  🍂🚂🌬️
